Well Hung Travel Hammocks have been made by us for over 10 years and they have been well and truly tried and tested all around the globe. As they are so compact they are the ultimate travel hammock, ideal for backpacking or taking on holiday. They are our lowest maintenance hammock so they are perfect for everyone, including children and pets.
Well Hung Travel Hammocks are both portable and very practical; both sizes are strong enough to hold 3 adults (180kg) yet they all pack into their own small bag and weigh less than 1kg. They are made from a lightweight, weather-resistant, machine-washable, parachute-type fabric. It is rip-proof and durable but also soft and comfortable to lie in (and it doesn’t get sticky in hot weather). Their simple, but unique, rope and hook attachment system means that they can be hung anywhere, in seconds, with no knots to tie. As well as being extremely easy to use, Well Hung Travel Hammocks are, most importantly, exceptionally comfortable to lie in.
The ultimate in luxury for one person but there’s more than enough room for two so it's an extremely generous single or a very comfortable double. This size is a very versatile hammock that can be hung anywhere (even U shaped from one tree branch) and you can still lie flat and get a good night‘s sleep. It can also be used for a variety other things such as a bed-sheet, picnic blanket, curtain, windbreak, sun shade etc. etc.
Well Hung Travel Hammocks are totally ready to use and include full instructions to get you started. They are available in a wide variety of colours (medium size are both single colour or a combination of 2 colours – 12 shades to choose from) and come packed in their own matching bag.
This hammock includes a rope and hook system to hang it to trees etc. It also fits on our standard hammock stand (not included).
